When you submit the school program form, we collect the school, contact, email, phone, school type, approximate student count, selected interests, message, source page, and basic request metadata needed to operate and secure the form.

How we use it

We use this information to respond about your school shoe program request, manage follow-up in our admin system, improve the program, and protect the service from abuse. We do not sell your information.

Storage and access

Form submissions are stored in a managed database and may be viewed by authorized ALPACA LLAMA MAMA administrators. Uploaded media and operational secrets are stored in managed cloud services. Access is limited to staff who need it to operate the program.

Retention

We keep inquiry records while they are useful for school-program follow-up, operations, legal, or compliance needs. You can contact us to ask about updating or deleting your information.

The public site is designed to work without tracking cookies. If analytics or additional third-party tools are added later, this policy should be updated before launch.
